The beach of Es Calo de Sant Agusti and the one of Ses Platgetes Formentera are located between Playa de Tramuntana and Es Raco de sa Pujada, at the beginning of the climb to the Mola.
They are two lovely beaches of soft white sand, about 200 meters long, which have a dune system in the back dotted with the typical vegetation of the island.
The beach of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is near to Es Calo, a small fishing village, and it is surrounded by rocky headlands. The crystal clear sea and the seabed made of sand and rock make this cove an interesting place for snorkeling and diving.
About 300 meters far from Es Caló de Sant Agustí there’s Ses Platgetes, an untouched sandy beach with a beautiful turquoise sea: a small kiosk nearby ensures the necessary refreshment.
The beach can be reached by car, scooters or bikes that can be parked in the nearby parking. Public transport stop is about 50 meters far from the access.
