Dory’s house

It is a beautiful house situated in Punta Prima after the junction to Chezz Gerdì only 400 mt. from Es Pujols, the beach and all essential services (ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).

It’s located in a quiet area away from noise and roads, was renovated in 2013, it is equipped with all the comforts and can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has about 2000 square meters garden and consists of:

• three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds)
• a very large bathroom with shower plus a bathroom with no tub and no shower and an outdoor shower for the return from the beach
• a very large kitchen, very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and induction plate
• a dining room next to the kitchen, equipped with a table for lunch
• a large living room adjacent to the kitchen (with TV Sat only spanish channels) and the large terrace with both indoor and outdoor
• area relax with a canopy bed in the middle of the garden

The two double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fan while the one with twins beds is equipped only with fan

Finally the house has WI-FI network, also a private parking and a roof terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery
